다트머스 대학은 최근 2021-22학년도 1학년 입시 에세이 주제를 내놓았다. 이 대학은 가장 먼저 100단어내외로 "다트머스 대학이 왜 좋은가?"에 대해 기술하도록 하고 있다. 100단어로 쓰기에는 벅차다. 그러나 주저리 주저리 쓰는 것보다 촌철살인의 '다트머스 대학의 좋은 점'을 기술해야 한다. 앞에서 예를 주었다.
